Day 8, Sunday, Yak Kharta to Thorung Phedi (4450m)
We left Yak Kharta (4050m) early in the morning to head towards Thorung Phedi (4450m). Although some of the surrounding mountains were covered in clouds, we still had a good view of the area. Our trek became more and more strenuous the higher we climbed and the thinner the air got.
