After a long and (again) sleepless night in the train we finally arrived in Bikaner on 14 July around 7am. Bikaner has a population of roughly 7million and is located near the Thar desert. As we arrived at the train station people began starring at us, as though we were aliens. Uncertain how we were going to get to Jaisalmer and unable to find anyone who spoke english and was willing to help us, we became very frustrated.
