    The day had finally come to see Angkor Wat, a world wonder!

    Our tuk-tuk driver picked us up at 4:30am (yes, it was very early) so that we could make some great snap-shots of Angkor Wat at sunrise. Unfortunately, we were not the only ones with this idea.

    Our second temple day on 17.Sep began with an 8am pick up at our hotel. Today, we had planned to complete the “Grand Circle”. Our first destination was Ta Prohm, a temple used to shoot “Tomb Raider” and famous for the trees that have seemingly suffocated parts of the temple. The temple was one of the most interesting sites of our entire three day tour.

    We began our three day temple tour on 16.September after flagging down a tuk-tuk on that morning. Our plan was to visit Banteay Srey, Banteay Samre and the Rolous Group.
